What you bring
- Proven experience in business development, within a service sector
- A strong commercial track record and a relentless drive to open new doors continuously
- An entrepreneurial mindset: you spot and seize opportunities, adapting to diverse market needs
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Exceptional negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to get into boardrooms and connect with C-level and senior leadership
- A strategic approach to establishing credibility and trust with clients from diverse industries
- Ambition to continue growing and take on leadership responsibilities in a broader context
What Success Looks Like – Your First Year at Amon
🔹 After 3 months: You’ll have gained a deep understanding of Amon’s unique value proposition and market focus. You’ll leverage your existing network to secure key meetings and start unlocking opportunities in both local and global markets, especially with C-level decision-makers in IT and HR.
🔹 After 6 months: Your outreach will have resulted in closed deals and new clients for both local and international executive search assignments. You’ll have developed a solid pipeline, built your reputation, and started gaining recognition as a trusted partner in the IT executive search space.
🔹 After 9 months: Your pipeline will be delivering consistent results, with a strong balance of quick wins and long-term opportunities. You’ll be actively contributing to Amon’s international presence and strengthening our presence in key markets.
🔹 After 12 months: You’ll have exceeded your targets and played a critical role in expanding Amon’s strategic client base.
